How far in advance should I place my order?

The earlier, the better! We have a 2-3 week processing time. If your event is less than 2 weeks away from the date the order is placed, there is a $50 rush fee. All orders less than 2 weeks away must have prior approval from Ivy & Co. Studio to ensure there is enough time to get your order to you.

Can I make changes after approving the proof?

Once approved, changes may not be possible. Please double-check spelling and details before approval.

Do you offer returns, refunds, or cancellations?

Because items are custom and personalized, all sales are final once production begins.

Can you do ______ theme? (princess, race cars, sports, etc.)

YES! We can do ANY theme. We can even include your little one's face! You can provide as little or as much detail and inspiration as you wish, and we guarantee we can come up with the PERFECT favors matched perfectly to your event!

Do you offer custom themes not listed?

Yes! Custom themes are our specialty—send us your idea and we’ll bring it to life!

Can you recreate a theme I found online?

We can create a custom design inspired by your theme while keeping everything original.
