We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product.

Custom and personalized items are made specifically to order and are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Section 5 – Photo Uploads, Design Use & Promotional Consent

By submitting, uploading, or emailing photos to Ivy & Co. Studio for use in custom designs, you confirm that you have the legal right and permission to share and use those images.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Uploaded photos will be used to create custom party favor designs as requested

• Submission of photos constitutes approval for Ivy & Co Studio to reproduce, print, and incorporate those images into products

• You grant Ivy & Co Studio permission to use completed designs and product images that may include submitted photos for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to website display, social media, portfolio, advertisements, and printed marketing materials.

Section 6 – Pricing & Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 7 – Order Acceptance & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. Restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 8 – Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ivy & Co Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Section 9 – Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many Ivy & Co Studio products, all custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases of damaged or incorrect items if reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Section 10 – Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including designs, logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Ivy & Co Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Section 11 – Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We do not monitor or control these tools and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
